Mirage Networks, developer of patented, full-cycle Network Access Control (NAC) technology, today announced that the company received a Notice of Allowance for U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 10/676,637 and the issue fee has been paid, which will result in the patent being issued in the normal course of business, likely by the end of the year. With one patent already awarded in December 2006, Mirage now controls patents on pre-admission and post-admission virtually inline technology, enabling unique out of band deployment with inline effectiveness.
