The Free Software Foundation on Monday published the GNU Affero General Public License version 3, a version of the GNU GPLv3 designed specifically for network-oriented free software. The AGPLv3 is based on version 3 of the GPL but includes an additional terms to allow users who interact with the licensed software over a network to receive the source code for that program.
